FI's facebook has 2M likes because they worked with other agents and they also used linkedin.
One advice: Google plus is effective for SEO
How do FI target old people who don't use social media? --> Use facebook!
One day, she was shopping at Nordstrom and trying to use her VISA card, it didn't work.
It turned out that her card was being blocked because of fraud detection.
Then, VISA sent her text message and asked if the purchase at the store was legit or not.
She just texted back and was able to buy her clothes.
This is a great example of how service is driven by different types of platforms.
